Mission Vista is a non-profit agency that supports 85 adults with developmental disabilities living and working in the Wenatchee Valley. Mission Vista currently employs 90 full and part-time staff The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Manager role, preferably in a professional social services firm. Ability to develop strong relationships across all levels of an organization is a must. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in an environment of shifting priorities are important. We need someone who understands how HR impacts the business, and knows how to strategize for business success. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Excellent writing and communication skills as well as must be able to read write and speak in English. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or Organization Development.

¢ Human Resources Manager will partner with administrator and managers to support the unique and changing needs of the business with regard to culture, people, programs and organizational development
¢ Designing and implementing new strategic HR initiatives to create higher business performance
¢Driving performance management process; coaching managers and employees on employee relations issues, conflict resolution and performance improvement; assisting management in scheduling, planning and implementation of performance evaluation activities
¢ Administering various human resource plans and procedures for all company staff, such as New Hire Orientation, Exit Interviews, FMLA administration and compliance reporting
¢ Serving as an approachable resource and trusted advisor for managers and staff on matters of workplace climate, employee relations, state and federal employment law
¢ Performing end-to-end recruiting: partnering with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, source and evaluate resumes and complete interviews and reference checks
¢ Maintaining employee records and company HRIS
¢ Continuing to drive the enhancement of a culture of accountability, high-performance and excellent service and helping to enable people to visualize and embrace this culture
¢ Developing new policies and programs
¢ Other duties as assigned
