Cashmere Valley Bank is seeking qualified individuals for our Customer Contact Center. Customer Contact Center Agents provide our banking customers with prompt, accurate and courteous information via our inbound call center. Responsibilities include the utilization of specialized PC software, and the delivery of the highest quality of customer service by answering customer inquiries about their accounts and our products and helping solve customer problems or issues. Other qualifications include: Detail oriented, excellent communication that is concise, clear and consistent, work in a fast-paced environment and one year of call center experience preferred, but not required.
