Mission Ridge Resort Executive Chef

Mission Ridge Ski and Board Resort is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team!

The Executive Chef will provide leadership needed to grow the financial success and service quality for Mission Ridge Resort's Food and Beverage Operations. The right candidate will assist the F&B Director in strategic planning, development and implementation of the vision as it relates to all aspects of the resort's food and beverage operations. This candidate should have a strong catering background, menu development and proven financial success.

The Executive Chef will inspire, motivate, and lead a team of seasonal employees. The Chef is responsible for the hiring, training, scheduling and supervision of all F & B kitchen staff. The Executive Chef will also work with the director to build and give life to a new "food culture" at Mission Ridge by carefully managing ingredients, menu items, presentation and staff performance to ensure the highest level of quality and guest impression.

The ideal candidate is a natural leader and motivator, who will share their knowledge and enthusiasm to energize and inspire individual and group success within the F&B team.

The person chosen for this position will keep the team engaged and motivated even during high-volume business times, while working long hours.
